Married and father of two children, he was born in Lisbon on July 19, 1979 and lives in Carcavelos. In 2004, he completed his degree in Human Resources Management at Lusíada University in Lisbon. He was a Consultant in the Human Capital area at Deloitte, from October 2004 to March 2007. Between April 2007 and September 2011, he worked as a senior consultant at the My Change consultancy, managing change management projects in the banking, utilities, industry, telecommunications sectors, among others. He was a member of the Carcavelos Parish Assembly between December 2001 and September 2011 and a member of the Cascais Municipal Assembly from September 2007 until the beginning of the last quarter of 2011, when he assumed the role of Councilor at the Cascais City Council. He was a member of the CDS-PP National Political Commission between March 2016 and January 2020. At the associative level, he was Vice-President of the “Os Belenenses” Football Club, responsible for Human Resources, between July 2010 and October 2014. Elected Councilor of the Cascais City Council for the 2021 – 2025 term, assuming the responsibilities of Social Action and Education.
