Born in 1976, with a degree in Management from the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Governance from the University of Lisbon. Has a 19-year career in the banking sector, specifically in corporate banking, which was interrupted by a stint at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where has served as advisor in the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Cabinet from 2013 to 2015. Has also served as the Executive Director of DNA Cascais from 2017 to 2018. Last November assumed the position of Director in the Municipal Management and Support Bureau of Cascais City Council, which includes the Finance, Accounting and Control, Facilties, and Public Procurement Departments.
