Master in Clinical Psychology from ISPA – Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada. Postgraduate in Eating Behavior Disorders and Obesity from the European University. Postgraduate in Psychological Coaching from the Portuguese Institute of Psychology and Other Sciences. With advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapies and crisis intervention by ISPA. She began her professional practice in a hospital context, in the Adult Psychiatry Service, at the Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Oeste. She has been a Senior Technician at Cascais City Council since 2018, having worked in the Talent Promotion Department and youth division and is currently working in the Health Promotion and well-being division.
