Orlando Monteiro da Silva is a consultant specializing in health and regulation, currently serving as the President of the Portuguese Association of Liberal Professionals. He has previously held the position of Chairman for the Portuguese Order of Oral Physicians for around two decades and has been a prominent leader within major international dental medicine organizations. His academic pursuits include postgraduate studies in Healthcare Management, Bioethics, and Regulation. In acknowledgement of his significant contributions, the University of Porto awarded him an honorary degree.
