This session aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of standards, evidence-based best practices, patient involvement, and leadership in developing quality and safety improvement initiatives on a global scale.
It will facilitate discussions on implementation science; the model for improvement; the use of standards in QI and Patient Safety projects at the hospital level; and different approaches to improving the quality of care at the country level. The workshop will encourage active participation, with a focus on shared learning, enabling participants to contribute their local experiences and ideas.
