Ricardo Constantino

Current Partner & Head of Health & Public Sector at NTT DATA Portugal, Ricardo Constantino has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of business consultancy, management and technology. During his career he led multiple digital transformation projects in the areas of healthcare and the public sector, contributing to the reinvention of public services and the improvement of healthcare. He has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating strategy projects, processes, digital transformation, design and development of information systems, integration of digital platforms and application maintenance programs. In the health area, he was responsible, among other projects, for the design, creation and operation of the SNS Bill Conference Center (CCF), for the creation and operation of the SNS Information Exploration Unit (UEI) and for the implementation of the largest solution existing medical imaging system in Portugal. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and attended the AESE Senior Management Program for Health Institutions.
