Pedro Brás da Silva

He is a Speech and Language Therapist for 23 years. He is a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) from the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language (USA) since 2018 and mentors professionals to obtain LSLS Cert. AVT credentials. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the AG Bell Academy (USA), a consultant for the OUVIR Association (Portugal) and a member of the World Hearing Forum (Members Engagement working group) of the World Health Organization. He is part of the Hearing Implants team at the Center for Deafness, Vertigo and Tinnitus at Hospital Lusíadas Porto, intervening in babies, children, teenagers and adults with hearing loss and who use various types of hearing technology.
