Emmanuel de Geuser

Mr. Emmanuel de Geuser, 59, is a graduate of Paris Institute of Politicals Studies, and holds a Master’s degree in monetary economics from Paris IX Dauphine and a Chartered Accountant diploma. After eight years as a manager with Arthur Andersen, Emmanuel de Geuser successively held, from 1996 to 2002, the positions of Audit Director, Coordinator of the “Performance 2001” plan and Financial Director of the cigarettes department within the Altadis group (formerly Seita). From 2002 to 2011, Emmanuel de Geuser was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Générale de Santé, then Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of the Roquette Frères Group. From November 2020 to November 2021, he was Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of Groupe Vivalto Santé, and since November 2021 he has been Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Vivalto Santé.
